Christmas morning we woke up bright and early to eat egg nog french toast at Abby's, which is a Lirtzman tradition. I have to say that I was a bit skeptical, but they were delicious! We came home to let the kids open presents...because we knew they just couldn't wait any longer! As you can see, they were really thrilled about their new gifts =) They had their gourmet can food dinners and we had crab legs, garlic rolls, and corn casserole.

Since I couldn't start decorating right away after Thanksgiving, I jumped into action today when I got back from alert. As you can see from the pictures, the kitties are quite fond of the new decorations. They think the lights and the tree were bought as toys just for them!
I looked out my window this morning to find mounds and mounds of snow. There has been much talk of people hoping for snow since it is already November and we haven't had any. I was opposed to it at first, but now that it is here, it is kind of nice.
