I swear that snow has been in the forecast for the past eight days in a row! The weather report said that we got eight inches yesterday. The snow looked like it needed to be broken in so we took Fergi out to play in the front yard. She had a blast leaping around in the snow like a snow bunny. For some reason she liked burrowing through the snow...like she hid a dog bone somewhere under there.
I made a mad dash home from alert to try to get back in time before Kayu got to the house (since I forgot to leave him the keys to get in). Luckily for him, we ended up arriving at the same time. He set out to vacuum all the kitty hairs, while I went to work in the kitchen. We enjoyed a butterball turkey, cheesy potatoes, corn casserole, garlic rolls, and some refreshing white wine. The kittens and pup had a feast too =)
